“My primary motivation for participating in the 2013 Plato Dublin Small Business Development Programme was a goal for continuous professional development. We realised that TEC Industrial required a holistic approach; identifying necessary changes and implementing these improvements. I had the unique opportunity to work with business facilitators from blue-chip multinationals, including: IBM and Pfizer.
The Plato Dublin programme enabled both my fellow participants and I to formulate a cohesive strategy to improve our business processes. Highlights included keynote speakers, who gave informative talks about matters that were personally affecting participants and invaluable tips, which could be implemented into their business.”
