Plato Prioritising for Success Master Class

Venue: Dublin City County Council Offices, Wood Quay; Cost: €150 pp

Date: Thursday Sept 18th 2014 from 9: 00 am to 5:00 pm

Many of you have had the opportunity to hear Dayna speak on ‘Strategy’ during your group meetings, over that past two years. The consistent feedback from these short sessions has been that they have added huge value. However, with such a big topic, the time has only allowed you to touch the tip of the iceberg. In order to support you in developing your business, we have asked Dayna to run a one day Master Class where participants can come away with a high value activities actions plan, that is based on a solid strategy for growth.

The Prioritising for Success Master Class will provide you with a simple, practical, model which will help you distinguish between essential and non-essential tasks, enabling you to focus on
what will create the greatest impact on your business.  The day includes lunch, a practical workbook and loads of one-to-one support to help you develop a personalised High Value Activities actions plan for your business. You will also explore what gets in the way of your creativity and productivity in order to ensure that you leave with the skills and attitude to implement and continuously develop your action plan going forward.

Key Deliverables:
• Master how to pro-actively grow your business and give it direction
• Learn how to focus your efforts on high value activities

• Gain the confidence that you need to drive ideas forward

Places are limited to 12 persons, in order to deliver quality one on one time, so please book quickly if you are interested!
